Cash Distributions
It is currently the policy of the Board of Directors of the general partner of CVR Partners to distribute all of the available cash we generate each quarter, as determined by the Board of Directors.
We generally intend to pay our distributions within 60 days after the end of each quarter to unitholders of record on the applicable record date. However, as described in our public filings, the Board of Directors of the general partner of CVR Partners reserves the right to change the distribution policy at any time, and the partnership agreement, which governs CVR Partners does not require the partnership to make distributions at all.
