Melissa M. Buhrig
Ms. Buhrig has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of our general partner, and in those same roles for our affiliate, CVR Energy, Inc., since July 2018. Prior to joining CVR Partners, Ms. Buhrig served as executive vice president, general counsel, secretary and compliance officer of Delek US Holdings, Inc. and the general partner of Delek Logistics Partners, LP from October 2017 until June 2018 and prior thereto served in various senior executive roles and as compliance officer for Western Refining, Inc., Northern Tier Energy LP and certain of their affiliates. Ms. Buhrig has nearly 24 years of legal and industry experience including in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, compliance, litigation, regulatory matters, and human resources. Ms. Buhrig received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.
